I visited Garden World today at 2:15 PM and had a mostly pleasant experience overall. When I first arrived, one of the older white woman cashiers appeared rushed and was not very patient or helpful. However, Sophia stepped in and was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. The store had beautiful flowers, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the plants and how to care for them. After I left and returned with a question, I also overheard the same older white hair woman cashier speaking about me when I return to get an item in front cashier. It came across as unprofessional and rude, which was disappointing in a customer service setting. Sophia once again provided excellent customer service and maintained a very positive attitude, which really improved my experience. Overall, despite the earlier interaction, I would still return because of the helpful service from Sophia and the quality of the products.

Nice selection of indoor foliage plants, prices may be too high for indoor plants. Outdoor plants look beautiful.

This is a great garden center with plenty of beautiful plant assortments and garden needs. Their items are clean and cared for. Love the plant options and accessories they carry, as I am a plant mom. The staff was very helpful and wrapped each of my plants with care. They also accepted my coupon with no hesitation. I visited the other Garden World location closer to my residence in Queens, and I prefer the Frankin Square location. More parking, less congested, spacious, nice selections, and their garden area is better maintained.

As one of the items on my honey-do list, I had to make a stopped at Garden world. It's was surprising to see that koi fish at a nursery. The floors outside are uneven so it's ruff pushing the wagon once you add weight to it. Nonetheless, the place is roomy, great parking and staff was ready to help customer.
